3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processing. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need assistance.

All orders require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment.

5. What are your shipping options?

  • Standard Shipping: $3.99 (6–9 business days after processing)

  • Express Shipping: $8.99 (4–7 business days after processing)

Yes, we currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe.

7. How can I track my order?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with tags attached.

9. How do I request a return?

10. When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.

Product availability is always shown on the product page. If an item is out of stock, you may sign up to be notified when it becomes available again.

12. Are your product photos accurate?
Yes, we strive to display accurate images and descriptions. However, please note that colors may vary slightly due to lighting and monitor settings.
